On its detail page, click Book Now, choose a date and available time slot, fill in the number of people and any extra notes, then click Confirm Booking. You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code instantly.
Yes, you need a free account on ReservaLocal. Registration only takes a minute — just your name, email and a password. Once registered you can manage all your bookings, save favourites and rate establishments from your profile.
As soon as you complete the booking, it is automatically marked as Confirmed. You will receive an email with all the details (date, time, establishment, address) and a QR code that you can show on arrival or print if you prefer.
Yes. Go to My Bookings in the top navigation and click Cancel Booking on the appointment you wish to cancel. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to the establishment's own policy.
At the moment the platform does not allow direct rescheduling. To change a booking, cancel the current one and create a new one with your preferred date and time. Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the original appointment.
If an establishment has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a notification by email. You are free to book another time slot or choose a different establishment. ReservaLocal acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for cancellations made by establishments.
Absolutely. Your data (name, email, phone number) is stored securely and used solely to manage your bookings and improve the service. We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, in full compliance with the GDPR. You can request access to, rectification of or deletion of your data at any time through our contact form.
